This superb white wine, made using a special cuveè of white grape varieties, offers a great balance between the aroma and the freshness sensations at palate. Brilliant, light yellow colour, with green reflections; it is very fresh, with an interesting interplay of floral and fruit aromas, that are reminiscent of green apple, pear and apricot. It has a pleasantly dry flavour, with fresh acidity and delicate smoothness. Serai is a perfect companion for several dishes, based on fish, or on its own as an aperitif. Recommended serving temperature is 10° -12° C

This wine is obtained from a particular selection of white grapes varieties,
specifically Trebbiano, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc

Guyot; plant-density: 4.000 vines per hectare
HARVEST
Beginning of September, handmade, putting the grapes in small boxes
VINIFICATION
In stainless steel tanks, at 16° C, after soft crushing of all the grapes together

At least, 1 month in bottle, before releasing
